It is a high-performance (750W) electric vehicle that comes equipped with a throttle from the factory.

Equipment: The bicycle is factory-equipped with a throttle.
Legal conditions: By using the throttle, the vehicle can move on its own power (without pedaling). In this mode, according to current regulations, the vehicle may qualify as a moped.
Obligations: To use the pure throttle (purely electric) mode, a driving license, compulsory insurance, and wearing a helmet (protective gear) are mandatory.
Liability: The use of the throttle and compliance with traffic regulations are entirely the customer’s own responsibility.
